Mr. Mak gained his experience in business valuation from his previous managerial position at an international valuer. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Chartered Financial Analyst.

 

Mr. Law possesses in excess of 10 years experience in the finance and business valuation industry, and is specialising in the valuation of financial instruments.  Mr. Law holds a master’s degree in banking and finance from Griffith University in Australia. Mr. Law is a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong and Certified Practising Accountant in Australia.

 

Mr. Evan Yuen MRICS, MHKIS, RPS(GP) – General Manager – Real Estate

Mr. Yuen is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor with extensive experience of project management and asset valuation. Prior to join Ample Appraisal Limited as a general manager in real estate department, Mr. Yuen was an Associate Director of the valuation Department of Vigers.  He has over 10 years experience in carrying out various valuation projects in Hong Kong, The People’s Republic of China and Asia Region.

 

Mr. Henry Chan – Senior Manager – Plant and machinery

Mr. Chan has over 10 years of plant and machinery valuation experience and 3 years of property valuation. He has been involved in the valuation engagement for public listing purposes, mergers and acquisitions, disposals, insurance and financial reporting purposes. He specializes in the valuation of machinery and equipment with strong emphasis on construction equipment, motor vehicles and vessels, light and heavy industrial manufacturing and consumer products manufacturing. He has prepared valuation reports for inclusion in an Initial Public Offer prospectus for Hong Kong Stock Exchange listings, including ‘H’ shares and ‘B’ shares listing in China and Hong Kong.
