AFG's flagship company, Ample Capital Limited is an one-stop provider of initial public offering ("IPO") and other corporate finance advisory services to China and Hong Kong based enterprises, and is among the first batch of investment banks approved to act as IPO sponsor by the Securities and Futures Commission ("SFC") of Hong Kong under the new IPO sponsor regulatory regime effective January 2007.

Ample Financial and Insurance Services Limited ("AmFis") - a licensed Insurance Broker Company registered with the Insurance Authority in Hong Kong to provide risk management, asset and life protection, wealth management and financial planning products offered by insurance companies to corporate and individual clients;
 
Ample Appraisal Limited ("AAL") - a specialist valuation firm providing professional valuation and consulting services to listed and unlisted corporate clients;
